TIC-80 Palette editor

A simple tool.

In order to export the palette, it is saved in TIC-80 sprite memory, to access it, simply switch to sprite editor (F2), copy it, paste it in your sprite memory and load it yourself.

The palette editor was made before it was build-in TIC-80 itself.
